DIRECTIONS  From the M40 roundabout Junction 5, take turn marked Aylesbury, turning left at the 2nd mini roundabout signposted  Holmers Farm Way.  Turn right at the next mini roundabout (passing John Lewis on your left).  At the next mini roundabout turn left onto the Cressex Road, and then right after 100 yards into Horns Lane.  Continue down this windy lane until you reach a ‘T’ junction, where turn left and proceed up a gentle hill and the road marked Fryers Farm Lane is the 2nd on the right.  Proceed up this track for ¼ mile and the property is ahead after driving through the arch of a brick and timber barn.
